How to Book a Hotel Room
A limited block of guest rooms has been reserved at the Hyatt Regency Mission Bay Spa and Marina for attendees. To reserve a hotel room, you MUST be registered for the conference, booking information is provided in the registration confirmation.

Hotel Reservation Deadline: Wednesday, January 17
A $15 resort fee is optional, which includes: Premium Wi-Fi, 2 bottled waters daily, complimentary kayak rental with Mission Bay Sports Center & local and long distance phone calls.
If you would like your $15 resort fee waived, please advise the front desk at check-in and it will be removed from your room.
If choosing to stay elsewhere, please consider transportation costs and/or walking distance to/from the venue. Staying at ARL’s host hotel is more convenient for you and saves time so you can participate in activities and networking opportunities; it also provides a rewarding conference experience. We encourage all attendees to stay at the meeting hotel to support ARL in fulfilling our contract commitments and avoiding financial penalties.
