Key Topics

Each panelist will introduce themselves and share a bold statement related to “the value of UX in the assessment world.” Each panelist will share one positive / successful UX example. Where/How do you see UX fitting into assessment at your institution? Panelists will be asked to discuss UX maturity (RE: Nielsen Norman Group UX-maturity model): pros/cons If you could wave a magic wand and change one thing about the way your organization understands/approaches UX, what would it be? UX and assessment can be tiring, exhausting, and challenging at times - what has helped you remain resilient in pursuing this work, and/or what advice would you give to others?
