The IDEAL Conference intends to bring together members of the international library and archive community to explore the knowledge, awareness, skills, and attitudes needed to effectively navigate the complexities and opportunities specific to diversity, equity, inclusion, access, and justice.
Theme
The theme for IDEAL 2024 is Sustainable Resistance and Restoration in Global Communities, and participants can expect a wide variety of educational programming, engaging plenary sessions, and community building.
