Using empathy-driven inquiry, diagnostic tools, and collaborative mapping exercises, participants will finish the workshop with a clearly defined, well-scoped problem statement.

By establishing criteria, testing assumptions, and leveraging peers in the Institute, this workshop will allow participants to identify their most promising solution.
