Dr. Rebecca (Becky) Croxton is the Head of Strategic Analytics & Special Projects for J. Murrey Atkins Library at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She is an active researcher and has published numerous articles and presented nationally on a variety of topics including student engagement and success, quantifying the value of the academic library, online learning, and library leadership. She is the Principal Investigator for a campus-wide, longitudinal student success initiative with more than 20 campus partners that is focused on identifying co-curricular and extracurricular engagement pathways for success. She is highly engaged in the academic library profession and has held several national committee and task force leadership roles for both the Association of College & Research Libraries and the Grand Challenges in Assessment project.
