Martha Kyrillidou is the director of QualityMetrics LLC, a library consulting firm working with academic, public, and government libraries and agencies and helping them with their transformation and innovation strategies. She serves as the chair of the NISO Z39.7 and as an expert advisor to ISO, and the IMLS Library Statistics Working Group. Martha co-developed the well known LibQUAL+ protocol; she also established ClimateQUAL, MINES for Libraries, and many value-based assessment protocols that were readily adopted by libraries while working at ARL. She is currently deploying UX and Assessment methods consulting on strategy, new spaces, and transformative library services. Martha has a PhD in Library and Information Science from the iSchool at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and graduate degrees from Kent State University. She was born and raised in Thessaloniki, Greece, and graduated from Aristotle University before earning a Fulbright scholarship that brought her to the US.
