Katya Pereyaslavska is an experienced academic librarian and a regional consortia expert who has held two roles at Scholars Portal, OCUL and Western Libraries, several paid consultancy positions in Ontario and Nova Scotia, as well as a secondment with the Association of Research Libraries. Katya was provincially recognized for her work as the manager of the Accessible Content ePortal (https://www.ocul.on.ca/node/2192) through the receipt of the 10th Anniversary AODA Champion award in 2015. Katya is also a member of the CARL Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Working Group, Co-Chair of the Accessibility Team at Western and a Board member of WEAVE. Katya’s current areas of research focus on trauma-informed leadership, generational renewal in library leadership and inclusive organizational cultures in academic libraries.
