Laura E. Daniels (she/they) is the Assistant Director, Metadata Production at Cornell University Library. Laura has been actively engaged with ethics and inclusion in cataloging since 2017. They were a member of the Cataloging Ethics Steering Committee’s Working Group on Authority work and, as a member of the LAIPA (Latin American and Indigenous Peoples of the Americas) Subject Headings Funnel, contributed to the Best Practices in Authority Work Relating to Indigenous Nations in the U.S.
