Cecilia Tellis is the Special Advisor, Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Accessibility, and Anti-Racism at the University of Ottawa Library. Her research interests include the retention of racialized librarians in academic libraries and EDI work in libraries. She holds a Master’s in Library and Information Studies from McGill University.
