Ayiana is a Student Success Librarian at SUNY Polytechnic Institute. She recently (Spring 2024) graduated with a Master of Science in Information and Library Science from the University at Buffalo and is interested in researching the retention of BIPOC librarians to increase inclusivity and diversity in the realm of library and information sciences, as well as how libraries can be an asset to BIPOC and other underrepresented minority students during their time at college.
