Kayt Ahnberg, MLS, is an assessment and UX researcher who has been "first in a new position" advocating for emergent assessment initiatives at libraries large and small. She's delighted to share the work behind creating buy-in and inclusion of user driven projects, an integral part of her role as part of the Assessment and User Experience department at Princeton University Library. A mid career librarian with decades of instruction experience, her service profile reflects numerous poster, panel, and workshop presentations ranging from LOEX to ALA across her professional tenure.
