My name is Soledad Lago, from Buenos Aires, Argentina. I’m the Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina Head of Libraries. I’m also the Coordinator of the Library Network Organization of Catholic Universities of Latin America and the Caribbean (ODUCAL) and the Coordinator of the Latin American Conference on Innovation and User Experience. Additionally, I’m a Member of the Advisory Council of Librarians for Latin America. I have led several projects related to innovation and organizational cultural change in academic libraries. I have participated as a speaker at numerous specialty conferences around the world.
