Julie Morin completed her MLIS at McGill University in 2014 and has been employed at the Canadian Association of Research Libraries (CARL) since 2017. In her role as a CARL Senior Program Officer, Julie supports CARL’s Capacity and Impact Committees. She is responsible for administering the CARL Statistics Program and supporting the planning for the biennial Canadian Library Assessment Workshop. She also supported the development of the Library Impact Framework and discussions around user satisfaction surveys and the adaptation of The Experience Impact Compass (developed by Seismonaut) for use in research libraries.
