Craig Milberg is the University Librarian for Willamette University in Salem, Oregon.
Craig’s professional interests include the implementation and integration of cloud-based library systems in academic libraries, the role of library services including archives & special collections in the digital liberal arts curriculum, and assessment of library services. He has been an Associate Director of the Measuring Information Service Outcomes (MISO) Survey since 2015. He has been active in the Worldshare Management Services (WMS) user community acting as a co-chair for two terms and organizing the first Southeast User Community meeting. He is a member of the Orbis Cascade Alliance Board of Directors (Chair 2024-2025) and the OCLC Americas Regional Council.
