While earning her MLIS at the University of Washington, Darlene works for the University of Washington Libraries Collection Assessment and Strategy team as a student employee. Her MLIS focused on digital librarianship, including collection management, and providing accessible library services. She is particularly interested in the importance of self and group reflection when providing effective instruction and service.
