Nicole Doro is an uninvited settler on the traditional territories of the Mississauga and Haudenosaunee nations, in what is now known as Hamilton, Ontario. She completed her Hon BA in Cognitive Linguistics & English, and MA in English at McMaster University. Nicole worked at Hamilton Public Library while completing her MLIS at the University of Western Ontario, before returning to McMaster University to work as a Teaching and Learning Librarian. Her research interests include scholarly communications, environmental sustainability, and climate action. Nicole enjoys gardening and family reading time with her partner, toddler, and two black cats.
