Sarah Leonard-Hayward is the Associate Director for Finance and Assessment at the United States Military Academy (USMA) Library in West Point, New York. She graduated from Wayne State University in 2019 and began working in public libraries as a youth librarian in Michigan until being hired at the USMA Library in 2022 as the Assistant Director for Assessment.

Mrs. Leonard-Hayward finds collaboration and communication key aspects of assessment and data activities. In her current role, she is responsible for managing all archive and library-wide statistics including all operations metrics, virtual collections and services, and various forms of user feedback, as well as the managing, processing, and reporting of all finance and assessment data for the USMA Library.
