Sara serves as an Assistant Professor and Core Curriculum Instruction Librarian at Western Kentucky University. She is the English Department liaison and focuses on library instruction and information literacy for the core English classes. She began her career in the WKU Special Collections Library and has worked directly with students for twenty years. Her research interests include information literacy, library outreach, and library instruction assessment. Sara has earned undergraduate and graduate degrees in History, a master’s degree in library and information science, and a Doctoral Degree in Educational Administration.
