Colleen Cook is a librarian and professor at McGill University in Montreal. She was Dean of Libraries at Mcgill University (2010-22) and Texas A&M (2002-10). She is one of the group of researchers who promulgated the user satisfaction survey, LibQual+, in the early 2000's. Much has changed in the library sphere in the past twenty years since the original LibQual work was done. Her current research regrounds the theory underlying LibQual for the contemporary environment from a user perspective.
