1. Apply the New Model Library framework and information regarding challenges and changes in strategic goals that 29 international library leaders made during the pandemic.
2. Identify two important changes their institution has made in library services, collaboration, and engagement during the past 3 years.
3. Consider how assessment data can be used to tell an impactful story about their library's strengths and opportunities.
4. Align library’s programs and offerings with both the library’s and the institution’s strategic goals.
