• Identifying strategies for interpreting survey results and translating them into actionable insights for organizational improvement.
• Exploring best practices for implementing changes based on survey findings to enhance the overall employee experience and promote inclusivity.
• Discussing the role of leadership and stakeholders in driving organizational change based on survey outcomes.
• Formulating plans for applying similar assessment approaches in audience members’ own institutional contexts.
