Edward Junhao Lim is the Business and Entrepreneurship Librarian at the University of Connecticut, the state’s flagship university, serving the main campus at Storrs and two of three regional campuses. He has over 10 years of experience in liaison work, supporting research at top business schools, and advising entrepreneurs on campus on their research needs. Before joining UConn Library, Edward served as the Reference and Research Services Librarian for Business at New York University Shanghai, China’s first Sino-US research university and the third degree-granting campus of the NYU Global Network; and as a business librarian at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, a research-intensive public university. He also took on operational responsibilities in library user experience, marketing and outreach, and access services while at NTU Singapore. Edward is the co-creator of the Business Information Sources Index (BISdex), a website that provides quick insights into leading and emerging business information sources by and for librarians. BISdex is a project of the BRASS Education Committee and is available to BRASS members. He is also on the Board of Directors for the Chinese American Librarians Association (CALA).
