Christina Bush (she/her) is a Research and Instruction Librarian at Swarthmore College. She was previously the Interim Critical Pedagogy Librarian and Resident Instruction Librarian at American University. Prior to working at American she was a postdoctoral fellow through the Wolf Humanities Center at the University of Pennsylvania. She received her MLIS from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and her PhD in African American Studies from the University of California, Berkeley. Her research agenda within LIS is broadly concerned with questions of critical pedagogy and anti-blackness in academic libraries.
