Nataly is a collection development librarian and POC in LIS Summit co-organizer. She identifies as Mexican American, a first-generation student, and coffee enthusiast. She has transitioned from business librarianship to collection development but has always been committed to diversity issues in LIS. In her current role, she is seeking how to support a diverse library collection and promoting social justice through OER.
