Ms. Ni actively participates and provides leadership in professional organizations such as the Society for Chinese Studies Librarians, the Pacific Rim Research Libraries Alliance, and the Council on East Asian Libraries (CEAL). As the chair of the CEAL Statistics Committee, she administers the CEAL Statistics database and annual surveys, and strives to infuse inclusivity and diversity into the redesign of the CEAL statistics database project. This commitment forms the foundation of the presentation Enhancing Accessibility: Sustainable Management of CEAL Statistics Database.
