I am an Algonquin-Anishinaabekwe mixed settler, my mother is a member of the Bonnechere Algonquin First Nations. I work as an Archival Assistant at Library and Archives Canada working on the We Are Here: Sharing Stories Indigenous Digital Access project. I am a part-time professor at Algonquin College with the General Arts and Science Indigenous Studies program. I am also a graduate student in the Master of Arts Canadian Studies program at Carleton University. My research interests are in line with decolonizing archival practices and reparative archival description work.
