Silvia Vong is currently an assistant professor in the Library and Information Science program at the Faculty of Information, University of Toronto. Silvia has spent 15 years working as a professional librarian and her former management roles include Associate University Librarian and Head of Public Services in academic libraries. One of her areas of research interests includes critical management studies.
