John Laskowski is the User Experience and Web Strategy Coordinator for the University Library at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. He has an M.S.L.I.S. from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and held previous positions as the Knowledge Manager at Human Kinetics, Inc. and as the Head of Reference and Interim Director of the Lester Public Library. John is passionate about collaborating with patrons and colleagues to create holistic, inclusive, and accessible library experiences in both digital and physical environments.
