Mai Lu is the Head of Public Services & Outreach at the University of Toronto Mississauga Library. She is a Councilor-at-Large with the Ontario College and University Library Association and past chair of the Ontario Library Association’s Cultural Diversity and Inclusion Committee. She was a member of the Canadian Association of Research Libraries’ Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Working Group (CARL EDIWG) 2022-2023 and was an Association of Research Libraries’ Leadership and Career Development Fellow 2022-2023. Mai has a Master of Information Studies from the University of Toronto and a Master of Public Policy, Administration and Law from York University.
